Engagement Ring/Wedding Band Consultations

 

 

STEP 1: THE INITIAL CONSULTATION

Are you ready to take the next big step? Come into our store to speak with one of our friendly associates, Aleena and Laila, with whom you can start discussing your diamond preferences, style, budget, and timeline. We will guide you in balancing the 4C’s based on your budget and preferences so that we can find the perfect diamond for you. Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins welcome.

STEP 2: GRAPHIC COMPUTER RENDERING

Once we have a sense of what you’re looking for, we will create a graphic computer rendering of the ring. If you are pleased with the ring we have designed for you, we will place the order with a 50% deposit.

STEP 3: RING CREATION

Your ring will either be handcrafted right in our store in Philadelphia, or depending on the design, we will send the design to one of our manufacturers for it to be completed. This process takes about 3-4 weeks.

STEP 4: THE REVEAL

When your ring is ready we will call you and schedule a time for you to come pick it up! The remainder balance will also be due during pickup.
