RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Sunshine Jewelry Inc., we’re confident you’ll love your purchase. However, if for
any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return and exchange
policies:
Purchases
We offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible items purchased online. To
qualify for a refund or exchange:
● The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
● The item(s) must be in new, unworn condition, with original packaging and
all product documentation included
● Engraved items, resized pieces, custom orders, and special requests
are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
● Promotional and sale items are final sale
Shipping Guidelines:
● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
● Sunshine Jewelry Inc. is not liable for items lost in transit during the return
process
● Please do not write the word “jewelry” anywhere on the outside of the return
package. You can package the items back in the original box.
● Items ordered online can be returned in-store at our Media location.
Restocking Fees:
● Returns totaling $500 or less will incur a 10% restocking fee
● Returns over $500 will incur a 5% restocking fee
Refunds are processed within approximately 1-2 weeks from the date we receive
your item(s). If you're exchanging an item, your replacement will be shipped after we process the return.
After the 14-day period, items are not eligible for a full refund or store credit.
However, 24K items may be exchanged or sold back for their metal value,
minus a 10% buy-back fee.
