Very few places left that offer this kind of speed, service, or affordability. Aleena and their team of experts are wonderful. My ring, of 21 years, recently broke. If you know me, you know the sentiment that it holds. Not only was it fixed, it looked as new as the day my father gave it to me. Before I start crying, please go into this establishment with respect and know that the quality you'll receive is greater that their longevity. Again, thank you for all your kindness (and my little gift bag) !

Thank you Laila and Aleena for the awesome experience. Couldn't be more satisfied with the effort you made to customize a jewelry piece. A unique experience that never happens in conglomerate jewelry stores. I love how involved Laila was from start to finish and how Much focus is put on to customer satisfaction. Me and my wife are so thankful for your patience and your skilled staff. Will definitely come back and highly recommended.

GEMSTONE REPLACEMENT FAQ
Absolutely! Replacing an old gemstone with one of a different type is a great way to give your jewelry a new, fresh look while keeping its sentimental value.
Whether you’re looking at switching out your gemstone with one of a different type, or looking to upgrade your stone to one of a higher quality, our team stands by to help.
It’s difficult to estimate the length of time it takes to replace a gemstone, as lead times are highly dependent on the time it takes to source and receive the replacement stone.
If your desired stone is relatively easy to source, we can have it on your piece within a few weeks. If you’re looking for a stone that’s relatively rare, lead times could be longer.
During your consultation we can give you a more accurate idea of timelines.
We can help you source and set replacement gemstones on all kinds of jewelry pieces, from rings, pendants, earrings, and everything in between.
Our goldsmith has over 20+ years of experience in working with a variety of setting styles and prong types, so you can be sure that your replacement stone will be set with precision and a flawless finish.
When replacing a gemstone, it’s important to think about how the new stone will fit with the overall design and style of your piece, especially if you’re switching to a stone of a different type - for instance, a blue sapphire to another sapphire of a different hue.
With so many different aspects of a given stone, like its color, cut, and carat, it’s important to ensure that these elements match in visual harmony with your piece’s setting and metal type.
In addition to the visual aspects of the replacement stone, it’s important to also consider its physical characteristics as well.
For example, some gemstones are more durable than others, and are better suited for everyday wear. If the piece is something you wear daily, like an engagement ring, a more durable, harder stone like a diamond or sapphire would be a fitting choice.
If the piece is for special occasions, however, your breadth of choices could include stones that are more delicate - like opals or emeralds.
Delicateness aside, there are also other characteristics to consider like how susceptible the stone is to fading. Some stones, like Amethyst, fade with UV exposure. Piece’s adorned with these stones are typically better worn at night.
We understand that gemstones are a world of their own. If you’re looking to replace your stone with one of a different type, our on-site GIA graduate gemologist would be more than happy to help you make the perfect choice for a replacement on your gemstone journey.
We can source a wide variety of gemstones for your piece. From the more traditional stones, to ones that are more unique and rare, our team has fostered connections with gem traders around the globe, so you can be sure we can assist you with finding the perfect stone at the right price.
