Position Summary
The Customer Relations Specialist is responsible for managing client follow-ups, ensuring every customer feels valued, and creating the “wow factor” that sets SUNSHINE apart. This role includes tracking customer milestones such as birthdays and anniversaries, supporting targeted campaigns, and assisting the sales team in providing a high-touch, personalized client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Follow-Up and Relationship Management
• Proactively follow up with clients to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and other important milestones.
• Create personalized experiences that delight and surprise customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the system.
• Track client interactions to identify opportunities to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure every client feels valued and appreciated through thoughtful outreach.
Campaign and Engagement Support
• Assist with planning and executing client campaigns, including newsletters, email promotions, and personalized messages.
• Develop creative ideas to surprise and delight clients in alignment with SUNSHINE’s brand values.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to maintain a consistent, elevated client experience.
Sales Support and Collaboration
• Work with sales associates to track customer interactions and follow-up opportunities.
• Support the team in providing exceptional, memorable service that strengthens client relationships.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance the overall “wow factor” for every client interaction.
Qualifications
• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales support preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Passion for creating personalized and memorable client experiences.
• Proficiency with basic office software and CRM systems.
